The Creation of Gillies

So I've been making kids stuff for a while now. I used to sit and sew in the summers and used my sisters as guinea pigs...poor girls. I guess they might have liked playing dress up, but now looking back, I made them wear some pretty awful things!

My sister in law recently suggested that I try dolls...ya know those weird/corky ones out of fabric, so I did...and this is what I came up with. They are quite fun to make. My husband wanted to name the creature Gilgamesh...we settled on Gillie. They will forever be called..."The Gillie Series."

My new nephew got the first ever Gillie, I hope he grows to like him.
